Could i be pregnant or just a virus?

well me and my boyfriend of 2 yrs now are ttc..i have endo and a history of cyst and was put on clomid last month to help us..well startin saturday i had real bad fatigue..all i wanted ot do was sleep..then saturday..i woke up with an upset stomach..wanted to sleep all day also..and today when i woke up..my overies and back were hurtin.and very nostious...and also my have been sore for about a week now..i dont think i am pregnant..but i hope i am..all these signs are messin with my head..,my period is not due till the 13th..so if it dont come im goin to test..or if i continue to hurt im gonna call my doc..im also takin med for a cold..its amoxicillin and some mucus relief med..that i have been on and off for about 2wks now..i also have been moody..i dont wanna give my hopes up but hopin this is it..it would be a great xmas preseant to the family..any advice would help!
