I was wondering about my cats nose and eye problem.?

My cat came in the other night and was bleeding from his nose and it appears he has lost sight in his left eye. (or atleast part) He was fine when he went out that morning. There is no drainage or anything from his eye. He can get around the house well with little to no help from me. What could of caused this? Any help!!! Thanks
