What would you do if you caught your 13yrl daughter sneaking out?

I had a funny feeling something was up we are on vacation in Twain Harte 3 girls my daughter 13, her bf i love 13 & a 14 yr old my daughter has gotten in trouble with prior. Do i tell the other parents? If i tell the bff they will never allow my daughter near their daughter and that breaks my heart. Who should i do?
