Why do people say there is no proof for a God?

Look around you. There is tons of proof for God's existence.1) there has to be an unchanging immutable being otherwise there is an infinite number of causes in the universe and no original creator and that contradicts itself. If there is not a first cause, there will not be a last, nor a middle. But if the chain were to go back infinitely, there would be no first cause, and thus no ultimate effect, nor middle causes, which is admittedly false. Hence we must presuppose some first efficient cause---which all call God. 2) if there are certain degrees of thing like goodness, more noble, more true etc, then there has to be a greatest good..... God. the ordering of things for we see that some things which lack reason, such as natural bodies, are operated in accordance with a plan. It appears from this that they are operated always or the more frequently in this same way the closer they follow what is the Highest; whence it is clear that they do not arrive at the result by chance but because of a purpose. Please respond to this with your opinios or w/e I love debating on this. Thx in advance
