Treats for spiny mice (egyption mice)?

I recently got my first 4 spiny mice and ive been trying to figure out what kind of foods they really like so Ive tried all the food my feeder mice and gerbils like (peanut er+ lettuce+ cheese its+ cheddar potatoes chips+ cheese in general) but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
