Help with family problems 10 points for best answer?

ok so my parents are divorced and i no longer talk to my dad but i would really like to go to this agricultural school but he said no... we can either go to court or just keep me at the school which i dont really like but court takes a lot of work. im not sure what i should to cos i dont want to put lots of pressure on my mum but she said its up to me? please help
