Culturally speaking, do the people on y/a have mental issues?

and by mental issues. i mean Issues other than autism (i would never say anything bad about autistic people) i mean mental problems like Bipolarness or just like sick in the head. Seriously. Like the other day i mentioned sombody at my school and called them spanish (because they call themselfs spanish, and it turns out the guy was from spain anyway) And to this day a crazy guy is still sending me sick messgages about it O_o Like seriously, and the way they obsess about the races they hate and like are kind of...questionable. I mean, ive met some racist people and they werent NEARLY this crazy, atleast they still seemed to have lifes other than obsessing over a race. Do all the nut jobs come to this section or what?
