Reno,nevada or providence,rhode island?

im looking to move to prov or reno.and i just have some questions to ask also i am a police officer.What are pepole like in reno and prov are they ghetto,rednecks,...etc? Which has a bigger downtown?Which is more dangerous? Which has more sports,events to do??? thank you
