Ireland trip for a vegetarian ....?

i am planning a trip to ireland very soon for about 2 weeks.my only concern is that i am a vegetarian and i would like to know if that would be a problem cause i will be there for a long time.is vegetarian food available easily everywhere esp in the western countryside??
