Headache for 2 weeks?

Ok let me tell you a bit. i have this achy head ache that moves from front of my forehead by eyes to the back of my neck . i went to the ER twice. i got cat scan OK and visual test ok . Doctor said if i want to get a spine tab she doest think i need it but its an option. Dont know what to do . What makes my headache worst is when i start to think i have something wrong like a tumor or something ... is this just my anxiety causing it ?? headache pain is not bad its just the achy feeling there all the time .
