A simple chicken and rice recipe (no sausage)?

use a simple sauce from your supermarket with mushroom chunks in it, cook the chicken and cut it to about the same size as the mushroom. .. . . cook the rice in the microwave!!! no jokes... and serve. . . quality dish, very cheap and delicious
